The Kentucky Collegiate Leadership Conference (KCLC) is a statewide generalist leadership conference for students from all of the Commonwealth's colleges and universities.

The conference was conceived by several members of the College Personnel Association of Kentucky in 2007 who discussed the need for a statewide leadership conference as a professional development opportunity for all Kentucky undergraduates.  In 2008, John Banter spearheaded the first KCLC at Georgetown College.  That event was well-attended and well-received by the students who came.  The following year, Transylvania University hosted the conference on their campus in Lexington, with Karen Anderson taking the lead for the statewide committee.  The conference grew and interest from a greater variety of campuses resulted.

The 3rd Annual Kentucky Collegiate Leadership Conference will be held February 12, 2011 at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights.
